Cancellation Policy
All Sales Are Final: Due to the spiritual and energetic nature of our services, all readings and consultations are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled session at the designated time, your payment will be forfeited, and your session will not be refunded. Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. You may reschedule your session one time, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a cancellation and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Service Delivery: Goddess Fii reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session if the energy is not in alignment or if the client is being disrespectful. In such rare cases, a credit may be offered at our discretion, but no cash refunds will be provided. Technical Requirements: For "Divinity: Beyond The Realms" readings, it is the client's responsibility to have the required items (candle and water) ready. Failure to be prepared may result in a shortened or forfeited session without a refund.
